Your Appointment

How do I make an appointment?

I am located in San Diego, CA.   Call me at 858-569-8689.   I will answer any questions you may have,  assess your individual tax situation, and provide an estimated cost for the preparation of your return(s).

We will then find an appointment time that works for both of us or a appointment time for conducting our first interview over the phone.   I will send you (via email, fax, or US mail) a pre-appointment checklist/questionnaire with information you will need to bring with you to the appointment or mail to me.

During the appointment, we will go over the information you provide, making sure I have all the pertinent information to complete your return(s).  That is all you need to do.

I will then complete your return and call you to schedule a (convenient for both) second appointment to go over your completed return(s).  Upon your approval and signature, I will e-file the return(s) or you can mail them directly to the IRS and your State.

How long does this take?

Please allow 15-30 minutes for our initial appointment so I can fully understand your tax situation and gather your information.  I will complete your return(s) in approximately 1 week.  I will then contact you to schedule the review and approval appointment.
